IPA - Taps 1 & 2: An IPA (India Pale Ale) is a hop-forward beer style characterized by its citrusy and fruity notes, higher alcohol content, and stronger flavor compared to most beers. Originating in the UK around the 1780s, IPAs gained popularity among British soldiers and officials stationed in India due to their distinct hoppy taste and durability during long journeys.

Blonde - Tap 3: A blonde beer, also known as a blonde ale, is a light and refreshing beer style characterized by its pale golden color and mild, balanced flavor profile. Blonde beers typically exhibit subtle malt sweetness with gentle hop bitterness, making them approachable and enjoyable for those seeking a lighter beer option.

Brown - Tap 4: A brown or wheat beer is a darker ale known for its rich, malty flavors with hints of caramel, chocolate, or nuttiness, often complemented by a smooth and slightly sweet finish. These beers are brewed with a significant proportion of wheat or roasted malts, giving them a distinct color and flavor profile that distinguishes them from lighter beer styles.

Halleck - Tap 5: Halleck Pale Ale, brewed by Chestnut Brew Works, features a hoppy flavor with a hint of malt nuttiness and a balanced bitterness, made using English floor-malted barley and citrusy American hops. It combines the classic appearance and feel of an old-school American Pale Ale (APA) with the addition of newer fruity hop varieties. This is the only one of our beers that is always on tap.

Seasonal & Specialty - Tap 6: Seasonal craft beer is a special type of beer brewed to capture the flavors and essence of a particular time of year, like a pumpkin ale in the fall or a refreshing citrus brew in the summer. These beers often feature unique ingredients and creative recipes. This tap is also reserved for interesting or requested beers which don’t necessarily fit into the other tap categories.

Porter & Stout - Tap 7: Porter and stout beers are known for being dark and flavorful ales known for their roasted malt character which imparts notes of coffee, chocolate, and caramel. These beers typically have a medium to full body with a balanced bitterness, making them a popular choice among those who enjoy rich, malt-forward beers.

Seltzer - Tap 8: A seltzer beer, also known as hard seltzer, is a light and refreshing alcoholic beverage made from sparkling water, alcohol (usually derived from fermented cane sugar), and natural flavors. Sour - Tap 9: A sour beer is a unique style known for its tart and tangy flavor profile, which is achieved through the use of wild yeast strains or bacteria during fermentation. Sour beers can range from mildly tart to intensely sour and are favored by beer enthusiasts looking for adventurous and distinctive flavors.

Cider - Tap 10: A cider beer, commonly known as hard cider, is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented apple juice.
